What is Energy Healing?
Energy healing is a gentle yet powerful ancient holistic practice that works with the body's natural energetic system to restore balance, release stored emotional trauma, and support deep inner healing.
Throughout life, experiences such as stress, trauma, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm can become stored within the body and energy field. Over time, this can manifest as:

A Little More About Chloe
Hi, I am Chloe 🌿
From a young age I found myself asking the questions that most people save for much later in life — who are we, and what is this existence really about? That quiet and persistent seeking led me onto the path of yoga and meditation, and then onto a lifelong journey of study, initiation and deep personal transformation that has shaped everything I do today.
At the age of 23 I completed my Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training and became a full-time teacher — a path that opened the door to an ever-deepening exploration of the nature of consciousness, energy and healing. In the years that followed I studied metaphysics, nutrition and natural health, Qi Gong and various forms of meditation, before receiving an invitation that would profoundly define the direction of my life and work — an initiation into the Modern Mystery School in the lineage of King Solomon, where I had the honour of learning ancient energy healing practices that have been preserved and passed down for thousands of years.
Since then I have further studied Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Spiritual Coaching and been certified as a Reiki Master Trainer — weaving together a body of knowledge, practice and lived experience that I bring fully and wholeheartedly into every session and every person I work with.
But more than any qualification or certification, what truly equips me to hold my clients is the journey I have walked myself. Through all of these tools and practices I have navigated my own profound self-healing and awakening journey — and it is from this deeply personal place that I am able to hold your hand with understanding and confidence as you find your way back home to your true self.
